Vander Pol Excavating, LLC is a second generation excavating, site utilities and paving business which opened for business in 1978.  At that time, the focus was on excavating alone and has since grown to so much more. We are proud to offer the following services to our commercial, municipal, residential and ag customers in Northwest Iowa and surrounding area: contracting, concrete paving, underground utility work, grading & excavating, demolition, back-fill, water ways & septic inspections, and much more.

Being based out of Orange City, Iowa, makes it perfect for our company and crew to serve a large portion of Northwest Iowa. Specifically, we serve Orange City, Iowa; Sioux Center, Iowa; Le Mars, Iowa; Primghar, Iowa; Hawarden, Iowa; Spencer, Iowa; and more!

In 2010, we partnered with JR Construction from Sioux Center in order to provide even more quality services. It has been a great partnership and we are looking forward to continuing to provide the very best for our customers. Vander Pol Excavating is licensed, bonded, and insured and will provide the best products and services for your project. Vander Pol Excavating holds safety as one of our top priorities. We teach our employees the basics of site and machine safety. While we are concerned about our employees’ safety we are also concerned with the safety of the public and those around us where we are working and take extra precautions to make sure we do not endanger those that are working with us and also working near us.
